The shipping prices listed in the PayPal checkout forms above are for delivery within the United States ONLY. We will gladly ship to other countries, but you MUST email us for an exact shipping and handling price before we will ship to you. Since international rates and delivery timeframes can vary widely, please contact us for a quote before checking out and being disappointed.

Shipping and Return Policy

Jaran Studios does not give refunds. If any item ordered from DreadForce.com is damaged during shipping, please email us within 3 days of delivery, and with proper Return Authorization, you may return the item for replacement, provided that the merchandise is otherwise unused and in it's original condition. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges, if the damage is found to be customer error.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item for replacement, you must email us and request Return Authorization. After receiving Return Authorization, please ship the item back to us at 3590 Yadkinville Rd., Ste. 20, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Make sure to use a reliable carrier that provides confirmation of delivery by means of a tracking number, signature, or both. Unfortunately, any return shipping charges are your responsibility, but we will pay for it to be re-shipped to you, assuming it meets our exchange criteria. Insurance on items returned to us is optional, but please realize we cannot issue exchanges for lost returns.

Refund Qualifications
We do not accept exchanges of:
     Any item that has been worn, washed, or otherwise used.
     Any item that is missing parts.
     Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
     Any item returned without prior Return Authorization.
     Any item not purchased at DreadForce.com.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue exchanges for non-qualifying items, and cannot return the items to you.

You can expect a replacement of the returned item within approximately 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return, or possibly longer if you're outside of the United States.
